How to cook oyster claws

1. After blanching the chicken feet, apply soy sauce and fry them. Then soak them in clean water for more than ten hours until the skin of the chicken feet expands and set aside.

4. Cut the broccoli into small florets, soak them in light salt water, wash them clean and set aside.

6. Steam in boiling water for 50 minutes.

7. Put two spoons of oyster sauce and one spoon of light soy sauce in a small bowl, add pepper powder, chicken powder, appropriate amount of salt and water starch to make a sauce for later use.

8. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with oil and salt until cooked through, then remove and set aside.

9. First pour out the soup in the chicken feet, then turn the steamed chicken feet upside down in a deep plate, put oil in the pot, pour in the soup and the prepared sauce and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.

10. Arrange the broccoli around the plate, pour the cooked sauce on it and serve.
