How to cook beer-roasted chicken wings

1. Prepare the main ingredients: chicken wings, beer

2. Slice ginger and arrange star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves on a plate for later use

3. Add water to the soup pot and pour in the chicken wings. Cover the pot and blanch over high heat.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, pour the chicken wings in, and fry them on both sides.

7. Add dark soy sauce and stir-fry until colored

8. Pour in enough beer to cover the chicken wings, cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for ten minutes.

9. After ten minutes, add salt, sugar and pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes

10. When the time is up, look at the picture. There is very little soup left. Add some chicken essence to enhance the flavor and turn off the heat. This is the finished beer chicken wings.
