1. Prepare all the materials. Carp, onion, ginger, garlic, eggs, peas, carrots

2. Wash the carp and separate the head and tail from the body.

5. Put the onion, ginger, garlic and pepper water together, add one spoonful of each salt and chicken essence and one teaspoon of sugar. A spoonful of cooking wine

6. Marinate the fish head and tail for a while

7. Steam for 15 minutes

13. Prepare carrot cubes and peas

14. Steam the fish head and tail

15. Serve with the beaten fish balls

16. Fish soup can cause internal heat

17. Add carrot cubes and peas and add oyster sauce

18. Thicken with wet starch

19. Pour the sauce on the prepared fish plate and serve.
