How to make carrot and egg fried noodles

The method of carrot and egg fried noodles is actually very simple, and it is not difficult even for a novice in cooking to learn it.

1. Prepare the ingredients for later use.

2. Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces; peel the tomatoes and cut into small slices; beat the eggs into a bowl and stir evenly. Keep it ready for later use.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot and heat it.

4. Heat the oil to 80%, pour in the eggs and fry them until fragrant.

5. Then pour in tomatoes and stir-fry.

6. After stir-frying for ten seconds, pour in carrots and stir-fry over low heat.

7. While stir-frying the carrots, boil an appropriate amount of water in another pot and cook the noodles.

8. Cook the noodles until they are about 90% done, put them into a bowl and set aside.

9. When the carrots are fried fragrant, pour in the noodles and stir-fry together, then add appropriate amount of thirteen spices and salt.

10. After the aroma is stir-fried evenly, pour in an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds.

11. Turn off the heat and serve on a plate. Eat while hot.
