How to make baby egg fried rice

Busy work makes many people lose interest in cooking for themselves. They just eat something outside every day to fill their stomachs. However, the result of doing so is that their health is in a sub-healthy state and they become more prone to illness. Baby's egg fried rice is easy to make and can help improve the body's resistance and better maintain health.

1. Prepare all the necessary materials.

2. Beat the eggs

3. Wash the rice with water and drain it. The rice fried in this way is not sticky but very loose.

4. Put a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the carrots and shrimps to make them evaporate better.

5. Add other vegetables and meat and stir-fry together, add some cooking wine. (I used cooked meat)

6. Push the fried vegetables aside, add the beaten eggs, break them up with chopsticks, and then mix them with the fried vegetables.

7. Pour the dried rice into the pot and start stir-frying.

8. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well.

9. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped green onion and mix well.
