How to cook mushroom and eggs

9. Put salad oil in the pot, add the blanched mushrooms, stir-fry for a few times, then add water and salt.

10. Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

11. Add the wet soybean powder and collect the juice.

12. Remove from heat and place on a plate.

13. The finished product has a milky flavor and mushroom umami taste.
