10. Press the dough into round cake shape (or use a rolling pin to roll it into round slices that are thick in the middle and thin around the edges), and wrap it with filling.

11. Seal the dough like you would a dumpling, pinch off any excess dough, and gently flatten it with your hands.

12. Wrap the rest of the pie.

13. Heat the electric baking pan (or frying pan), brush a layer of oil on it, and put the pies in to fry.

14. Slowly fry the pie on both sides until golden brown and slightly puffed.
