Steamed Lotus Leaf Mint Chicken

1. Chicken thighs.

6. Place ginger slices on the chicken thighs.

7. Mix the chicken pieces with a spoonful of oyster sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of white pepper, 2 spoonfuls of starch, 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce, half a spoonful of sugar, a little salt and ginger slices and marinate for about half an hour.

8. Soak the lotus leaves and add mint and wolfberry.

9. Place mint, wolfberries and green onions between lotus leaves and chicken, and sprinkle with remaining wolfberries.

10.Wrap the whole chicken with lotus leaves.

11. Put it in a plate, steam it on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to medium-low heat and steam it for half an hour.

12. Remove from the pan.
