How to make two-color golden bean paste buns

1. Prepare ingredients.

9. Flatten the dough pieces one by one and let them relax for 10 minutes.

10. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a round shape (thick in the middle and thin outside).

11. Add the red bean paste.

12. Fold it a little bit in counterclockwise direction with your hands.

13. Finally, close the edge and roll it into a round shape.

14. When it’s cold, put it in the yogurt maker to keep warm.

15. Finally, place the dumplings in a steamer brushed with oil and let them rest for 20 minutes.

16. Wait for the water to boil and steam for 15 minutes, then simmer for 2 minutes with the lid on.
