14. The prepared dough is fermented for the second time until it becomes larger and lighter.

15. Put the pot in cold water and cook for 8-10 minutes after the water boils.

16. After turning off the heat, simmer for another 3-5 minutes before opening the lid. Do not open the lid during the process.
