Ingredients: 1 lettuce, 1 cucumber, 5-6 cloves of garlic, 3 dried chilies, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of chicken essence. 1 tablespoon = 15 ml (liquid) or 15 g (solid), 1 teaspoon = 5 ml (liquid) or 2 g (solid) Method 1 : Tear off the lettuce leaves one by one, soak them in clean water for at least 30 minutes, and add 2 tablespoons of salt to the water. 1. Wash the soaked lettuce, drain the water, and break it into two pieces with your hands; cut the cucumber into slices and set aside; 2. Chop the garlic into minced garlic, and cut the dried chili peppers horizontally once or twice with a knife to remove the seeds; 3. Put the chopped garlic on the cucumber and lettuce. Then put the rest of the seasonings in a large bowl; 4. Pour cooking oil and chopped peppers into a spoon, heat on the fire until smoke comes out, then pour on the garlic juice, mix all the ingredients and seasonings evenly and you can eat.

Ingredients for method 2 : 200 grams of lettuce, 150 grams of soaked black fungus, appropriate amounts of ginger, salt, sugar, MSG, vinegar, and sesame oil.

Method: 1. Wash the lettuce, cut into sections, add salt and mix well to marinate; wash the fungus, peel the ginger, and cut into thin strips. 2. Add salt, sugar, MSG and vinegar to the lettuce, mix well, put it in a plate, add shredded fungus and ginger, drizzle with sesame oil and mix well. Features: Sweet and sour taste, promotes blood circulation, dredges meridians, lowers fat and helps lose weight.
