1. Pound the wing tips. I used a bottle of Lee Kum Kee soy sauce chicken sauce and 1.8 liters of soy sauce, 5 tablespoons of sugar, and mixed them into a sauce. Then soak the washed and drained wing tips in it and leave them at room temperature overnight.

2. After 1 hour, it will be like picture B. The wing tip is dry on the outside, but the meat inside is still a little soft. It's good, it can't be too dry, otherwise it's not worth eating. (I used 60 hours to make the cured chicken legs)

3.2 Then, as shown in Flowchart A, place the soaked wing tips on the iron net (I used the grill in the oven) and spread them out to cool in the basement heating system, where the water heater is. Put paper on the floor to prevent the sauce from dripping.
