1. Peel the pork belly and cut into thin slices about 3 mm thick.

2. Cut the green onion into sections and mince the ginger for later use.

3. Prepare about 50 grams of flour.

4. Wash the meat slices with clean water, drain the water, and add flour while there is still some moisture on the meat slices and stir so that each piece of meat is evenly coated with flour.

5. Put the mixed meat slices into 80% hot oil and fry until golden brown, then remove from the pan.

6. Put the chopped scallion, minced ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and coriander on the meat. Then put it in the steamer and steam it on medium heat for ten minutes after it starts to steam.

7. You can start eating after it comes out of the pot. Fatty but not greasy lazy steamed meat. I can definitely eat two more bowls of rice.
