How to make hot garlic eggplant

We have many foodie friends in our lives. If we have good cooking skills, we can enjoy them in our spare time. You can invite good friends to make hot garlic mashed eggplant together, which is really enjoyable.

1.1 Chop the garlic and ginger into garlic paste (about one tablespoon) and put it in a small bowl. Cut the green onion into chopped green onion.

2.2 Cut the eggplant into strips and put them in a microwave-safe container with a lid. Cook on high heat for 6-8 minutes.

3. Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of vinegar, 1/4 tablespoon of salt, a little pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 1/4 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 tablespoon of MSG, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, and chopped green onions to the garlic paste.

4. Heat the wok and add a tablespoon of cooking oil (if you want to add cooked chili oil, use less oil or skip this step), and heat it to about 70% hot.

5. Scoop up the oil and pour it on the chopped green onions in the vinegar bowl. If you want spicy food, add cooked chili oil.

6. Mix the vinegar evenly with a spoon and pour it into the eggplant that has been steamed in the microwave (if you don’t have a microwave, cut it into strips and steam it in a steamer for a few minutes, or tear it apart after steaming)
