Seafood soup pot recipes

Vegetable and seafood soup

Ingredients: cod, shrimp, carrot, broccoli, onion, fish broth, white wine, salt, pepper, mixed spices

Method (1) Cut the cod into slices. Cut the carrots, broccoli and onions into slices or cubes of similar size.

(2) Stir-fry onions until fragrant. Add cod fillet, shrimp, carrots, and mixed spices. Stir-fry briefly. Add white wine and simmer until thick.

(3) Add fish broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Then simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

(4) Add broccoli to the soup and bring to a boil.

Special care

Don't cook broccoli for too long.

Wax Gourd Seafood Soup

Ingredients: 250g sand shrimp, 8 scallops, 500g clams, 1 450g wax gourd, a little scallion, coriander, pepper, 4 slices of ginger

Method 1. Freeze the shrimp in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then remove the shell and use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp intestines.

2. When you buy the belt, the stall owner will cut it clean for you.

3. After buying clams, keep them in light salt water for 3 to 4 hours to remove the mud and sand.

4. Then boil water and put in the clams. Cook for a while until the shells open, then remove the shells and wash away the mud and sand.

5. Peel the wax gourd, clean it and cut it into long pieces.

6. Heat the pan, add oil, add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add wax gourd and continue to stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water and cook until the wax gourd is cooked.

7. Add scallops, shrimps, clams and pepper and cook until all ingredients are cooked.

8. Finally, add garlic, sesame oil, coriander and salt to season.

Hong Kong Style Seafood Noodle Soup

Introduction: Seafood hot pot soup powder can be replaced with a little salt, 1/4 teaspoon of fresh chicken powder and a little pepper to season. Ingredients: 4 pieces of Naruto rolls, 150 grams of oil noodles, 40 grams of squid, 2 fresh scallops, 75 grams of fish, 4 shrimps, 2 straw mushrooms, 4 kale, 4 slices of carrot, 2 slices of ginger, 600cc of water, 1/2 cup of seafood hot pot soup stock, a little salt, a little sugar, a little cornstarch, a little white pepper, a little sesame oil

Method 1.) Wash all ingredients, cut the squid into small slices after carving, cut the fish into small pieces, cut the straw mushrooms in half, trim the kale and remove the old leaves, slice the ginger and carrot and set aside.

2.) Boil a pot of water, blanch the noodles and place in a bowl. Then add other ingredients into the pot and blanch them, then drain and set aside.

3.) In another pot, add appropriate amount of water and seasoning (1) and bring to a boil. Pour into a soup bowl.

4.) Put the blanched ingredients from step (2) into a wok, add a little of the broth from step (3) and seasoning (2), stir-fry and thicken with a thin starch. Remove from heat and place on top of the broth.
