2. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white and beat at low speed to make fish eye bubbles. Then add 1/3 of fine sugar.

3. Beat at high speed until the egg white becomes smooth, then add 1/3 of fine sugar

4. Continue beating at high speed. When the egg whites have obvious lines, add the remaining 1/3 of fine sugar.

5. When there is resistance when whipping, pay attention to the whipping situation. The whisk head is perpendicular to the bowl, and it is gently lifted up. When there is a small upright triangle on the whisk head, it is done. Refrigerate for later use.

6. Beat the egg yolk paste at low speed without cleaning the egg beater. Mix the egg yolk, milk and salad oil evenly until there is no separation.

7. Sift the flour into the egg yolk paste

8. Stir gently until the mixture is even and fine without any particles. The egg yolk paste is ready.

9. Add a little egg white paste to the egg yolk paste, stir gently up and down, or stir in an N shape, but don't stir in a circle.

10. Mix well. If it is not mixed thoroughly, it does not matter. You will need to mix it again.

11. Pour all the egg yolk paste into the egg white paste

12. Mix the batter evenly by turning it upside down. The batter you get is completely mixed, fine and particle-free.

13. Divide the batter into two parts, add cocoa powder into one part and stir gently to mix.

14. Now you have two batters of different colors.

15. Pour 1 spoon of white batter into the center of the mold

16. Then pour in 1 spoonful of delicious paste

17. Another spoonful of white cake batter

18. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are added. Place the mixture in the preheated oven and bake at 120 degrees for 60 minutes.

19. Turn the cake upside down to cool immediately after baking.
