Wonton filling method and ingredients

In fact, wonton is a very common delicacy, and it tastes very delicious. That is why it is loved by more and more people. Main ingredients: about 150 grams of minced pork and minced beef, 18 wonton wrappers, 2 chopped green onions, 1 clove of minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, about 80 grams of mushrooms, 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 egg white, and appropriate amounts of cooking oil and butter.

Seasoning: 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chili sauce.

Production steps

1. Melt butter over low heat, sauté chopped scallions and minced garlic, add minced meat, chopped mushrooms, oyster sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch, mix well to make the filling.

2. Divide the filling evenly into 18 portions, wrap each portion in a wonton wrapper, apply egg white around the wrapper, and then fold it diagonally to form a wonton.

3. Apply a little cooking oil in a shallow dish, put the wontons on it, steam them in boiling water for ten minutes until they are cooked through, and serve with seasoning.

Precautions

In addition to steaming wontons in boiling water, you can also cook them in soup. If you use soup to cook wontons, you can blanch the wontons first, wash off the thin layer of starch on the skin and then cook them. The wontons will taste more fragrant, smooth and refreshing.

Ingredients preparation

Ingredients: 80g fish, 80g shrimp, 80g pork filling, 240g thin wonton wrapper, 1 cilantro, 1 scallion

Ingredients: (1) 1/2 teaspoon of wine, a pinch of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 egg white, 1/2 teaspoon of starch (2) 1 bowl of broth, a pinch of salt

Production steps

1 Chop the fish meat; remove the intestines from the shrimps and chop them into small pieces for later use.

2 Chop the minced fish, shrimp paste and pork filling into small pieces, then add seasoning (1) to make the filling.

3 Wrap a little filling in each wonton skin, pinch it into a mandarin-hat style wonton, then put it into boiling water and cook until it floats.

4 Mix the seasoning (2) and put it in a bowl. Add the cooked wontons and sprinkle with the cleaned and chopped coriander and green onion.

Ingredients: 1 piece of mandarin fish (about 400g), 1 celery, 1 stalk of green onion, 150g thick wonton wrapper

Ingredients: (1) 1 tablespoon of wine, 1/2 egg white, 1 teaspoon of salt, a pinch of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of starch

(2) 1 bowl of broth, a pinch of salt and pepper

Production steps

1Wash the mandarin fish, remove the skin and bones, chop the fish meat, and add seasoning (1) to make the filling.

2 Wrap a little filling in each wonton skin, fold it into a rectangular pillow-shaped wonton, put it into boiling water and cook until it floats.

3 Mix the seasoning (2) and put it in a bowl. Add the cooked wontons and the cleaned and chopped celery and green onion.
