Peel the lily and wash it; 2. Remove the hair from the pig's trotter, wash it, and blanch it in boiling water to remove the blood; 3. Put the pot on the fire, add clean water, put the lily and pig's trotter in, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam; 4.
