How to steam fish

After working five days a week, you should be exhausted. When you have a weekend off, you will definitely curl up on the sofa or bed, and your lunch and dinner will be either instant noodles or takeout. As someone like you, are you really not worried about dying young? So, learn to cook something for yourself while you are still healthy. Now, I will teach you how to make steamed fish fillets.

1. Remove the core of the scallion and cut into shreds. Cut red pepper into strips

2.1 Put green onion and ginger on the grass carp and cover with plastic wrap

3.2 Soak the chopped green onion and red pepper in cold water until they curl up, then remove and drain

4.1 Steam over high heat for 5-6 minutes. After turning off the heat, do not rush to take it out. Leave it in the pot and steam for about 3 minutes.

5.2 Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the grass carp slices into the pot.

6. Drain the soup from the steamed grass carp and discard the scallions and ginger.

7. Add shredded green onion and red pepper

8. Add appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce

9. Finally, pour the hot oil until it is slightly smoking.

Although steamed fish fillet is a simple dish to make, if you have never cooked before and don’t understand how to make it, you might as well ask your elders for help. Under their guidance, you will definitely be able to do better.
