How to make colorful pan-fried dumplings

1.12 After the carrots are steamed, blend them into a puree in a blender. Slowly add carrot puree, yeast and warm water to flour.

9. Add a little oil to the frying pan, heat it over high heat, place the buns with the wrinkled side down in the pan and fry, then switch to medium heat.

Fry until the bottom of the buns turns golden brown, add enough flour water to cover one-third of the buns, sprinkle with raw sesame seeds, cover with a lid, and continue frying over medium-low heat until the water dries up and the flour has turned into golden lumps, then they are basically cooked.
