15. After the sausage has cooled completely, cut it into rolling slices.

16. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, put the sausage slices in when the oil is hot and fry them. After both sides of the sausage are charred, you can take them out.

17. Put the fried sausage into a plate.

18. Pour the garlic sauce evenly on top and it is ready to eat.
