How to make miso salmon

1. Apply a little salt to the salmon fillets with skin and marinate for 10 minutes.

2.1 Add water and stir well. (The amount of miso and water can be adjusted according to your taste)

3.2 Cut the salmon fillet in half. (Because I am making two flavors of salmon, I need to cut it into small pieces. You can also directly take two slices of salmon and skip this step.)

4. Put the salmon in a non-stick pan without oil, then turn on low heat and fry slowly.

5. Fry each side for 3 to 4 minutes, turning it over 2 to 3 times during the whole process.

6. Place the fried salmon on a plate, heat the mixed miso in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, then slowly pour it over the salmon with a small spoon.
