3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size; the fermented dough is still sticky, so take it out and divide it into small portions, roll it with a little dry powder to prevent sticking, flatten it into small cakes, and ferment it for about 20 minutes.

4. Put the fermented dough into a frying pan, cover it and fry it on low heat. When one side is almost done, turn it over and fry it again. Repeat several times until the cake is cooked and then take it out.
