​What is the best way to eat sesame and walnut powder?

Sesame walnut powder is actually a food made by roasting sesame seeds and walnuts and then grinding them into powder. Generally, sesame walnut powder can be eaten directly by mixing with water. The taste is a bit similar to rice paste. Sesame and walnut powder can also treat neurasthenia and insomnia.

There are many ways to eat sesame powder, which are introduced as follows:
