How to make mushroom and pork pan-fried dumplings

16. Turn on high heat, and when the batter water is almost dry, turn to low heat and slowly fry the bottom until it becomes golden and crispy. The batter water will also form a thin layer of gaza at the end, so don't shake it in the middle.

17. When the bottom turns golden brown, remove from the pan. The total time is about 20 minutes. If your time is too short, you should consider whether it is cooked.
