8. Fry the bottom of the pan on medium heat until it is slightly browned, then pour in an appropriate amount of water to cover the bottom of the pan. Immediately cover the pan and fry over low heat until the water is submerged. Then add water again and fry until the water is submerged. At this point, the dumpling skin is already transparent and mature.

9. Finally, add a little cooking oil to the bottom of the pot, and cook over medium-high heat until the bottom turns golden brown.

10. Use a spatula to scoop up a long row of the pan and place it on a plate.

11. The process of frying eggs in a pan is exactly the same as that of ordinary pan frying, except that after sprinkling water twice, put a little oil in the bottom of the pan and pour a layer of egg liquid seasoned with a little salt. Set the egg liquid on medium heat until it solidifies and sprinkle a little chopped green onion on top.
