How to make peppery grilled chicken wings

1. Wash the chicken wings; pour water into a pot and bring to a boil, then add the chicken wings and cook until 80% cooked.

3. Drain water, add all ingredients, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes or more.

4. Preheat the grill to the highest temperature. After preheating, pour a proper amount of oil on the baking tray and apply it evenly with a brush or anti-scalding silicone brush.

5. Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking tray and bake until the surface of the chicken wings turns golden brown. You can lower the oven temperature appropriately during the process and bake each side for about 5 minutes. If it is raw chicken wings, you need to extend the grilling time.
