5. Add coffee powder, dry yeast, sugar, blending oil, egg liquid and other ingredients to flour and mix.

6. One tablespoon of blending oil is enough. If the egg liquid is not enough to mix the dough, you can add water or milk to knead the dough until it is ductile.

7. After the dough has doubled in size, continue kneading to expel the air from the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes (I forgot to take a photo after fermentation, the photo shows after the air was expelled)

8. After the dough has risen, pinch it into small balls and shape it into the desired shape. Cover it with plastic wrap for secondary fermentation, which will take about 40 minutes.

9. Has the dough become bigger after the second fermentation? ~ Now you can put it directly into the oven and bake it~ Bake on medium heat for 20-30 minutes (this depends on the size of the dough)

11. Experiments have shown that not all bread needs butter. The bread baked in this way is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and has a strong coffee aroma. The most important thing is that it is low in fat.
