Homemade egg stew

For this reason, I will first talk about the method of making the homemade stewed eggs.

1. Dice the pork as small as possible, peel the carrots and dice them, dice the cucumbers, and mince the garlic.

2. Beat the eggs into egg liquid and prepare an appropriate amount of chicken soup (use water instead if there is no chicken soup)

3. Prepare the dried shrimps

4. Put a little oil in the pan, add the garlic and fry until fragrant, then add the diced meat and fry until it changes color.

5. Then add diced cucumber and diced carrot and stir fry for a while

6. Add chicken broth, then some soy sauce, simmer until the soup boils, and finally add some sesame oil (add water if there is no chicken broth)

7. Filter the soup and diced meat and vegetables

8. This is the filtered soup, let it cool and set aside

9. When the soup is almost cool, mix it with the egg liquid. The ratio can be 1 part egg liquid to 1.5-2 parts soup. If you want to eat it more tender, you can change it to 1 part egg liquid to 3 parts soup (do not mix it when it is too hot, otherwise the egg liquid will be cooked)

10. After mixing, sieve it twice. The purpose of sieving is to filter out impurities and make the egg liquid smoother.

11. Prepare the stew pot and other ingredients

12. Pour the egg mixture into the stew pot, then add the diced meat and vegetables, then the dried shrimps, mix well

13. Steam it in a steamer until cooked, just like you would steam eggs. Remember to put the lid on the stew pot.
