How to make wild vegetable fried dumplings

The method of making wild vegetable fried buns is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1. Add appropriate amount of yeast powder and water to the flour and make a dough of moderate hardness. Cover with sugar and let it rise.

2. Let the sugar rise to 1.5 times its original size

3. Pick the wild vegetables, wash them, blanch them in boiling water, remove them, squeeze out the water and chop them for later use.

4. Chop the green onion and set aside

5. Cut the tofu into small pieces and set aside

6. Pour vegetable oil into the pot and fry the peppercorns. Remove the peppercorns after they are fragrant.

7. Stir-fry the diced tofu until it turns slightly yellow.

8. Put wild vegetables, chopped green onions and diced tofu into a large container, add five-spice powder and salt and mix well.

9. Knead the dough well and divide it into small pieces of uniform size.

10. Roll the small dough into a round shape and flatten it into a round piece.

11. Wrap each round dough piece with an appropriate amount of the prepared filling until all the dough pieces are wrapped.

12. Put a little oil in the pan, put in the raw buns, and fry the bottom slightly.

13. Add a small bowl of water to cover, fry slowly over low heat, and pour in a thin layer of water starch for about 7 minutes

14. Boil the water until it is almost dry.

15. Remove from the pan and serve. Enjoy slowly.
