9. After frying on low heat for about one minute, the bottom of the pancake has been shaped. At this time, gently shake the pan and the pancake will move with it.

10. Lift the pan and turn the pancake over, then continue frying until cooked. (If you don’t know how to lift the pan, you can use a spatula or chopsticks to keep it steady and avoid dropping the pancake out of the pan.)
