Indian beef curry recipe

1. Cut the beef into pieces and blanch them in water. Remove the beef from the water as soon as it changes color.

2. Put the blanched beef into a pot of water and start stewing. It will take about 20 minutes.

3. Cut the potatoes into dice and soak them in clean water. This will release the starch from the potatoes, making them less likely to break when cooked and giving them a better taste.

4. Chop the onion into dice and set aside together with the curry and butter

5. Add butter to the pan and fry until melted.

6. After the butter is completely melted, pour in the potatoes and onions and fry until fragrant

7. Add curry cubes, tomato sauce, sugar, and salt to taste

8. Stew for 5 minutes

9. When the auxiliary ingredients are almost 50% cooked, add the beef and continue to stew for 10 minutes

10. Add two spoons of yogurt before serving. Yogurt can neutralize the spicy taste of curry and make it taste more mellow.

11. The delicious curry beef is out of the pot. If you like it, you can put it directly on the rice and it will be curry beef rice.
