12. After the beef brisket has been cooked for about 5 minutes, pour in the small potatoes and bring to a boil again.

13. Then pour it into the electric pressure cooker, cover it with the lid, and press the button to cook the tendons.

14. After pressing, add a little chicken essence and MSG, then pour it into a small casserole, and finally sprinkle with chives and coriander.
