How to make pork noodle and vegetable dumplings

1. Dice the green onion, ginger and pork belly in turn.

2. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce and mix well.

5. Add noodles to the meat filling.

6. Add peanut oil, pepper, MSG and sesame oil and mix well.

8. Add cold water and sugar and knead into dough for 20 minutes.

9. Roll the dough into long strips.

10. Cut into pieces of 70 per pound.

11. Roll into dough.

12. Add the meat filling and wrap it up.

13.Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, then put in the dumplings.

14. Bring to a boil over high heat, pour in a little cold water and bring to a boil, then pour in cold water again. Repeat this process three times.

15. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
