1. Prepare ingredients: 5 eggs, 300g low-gluten flour, 50g butter, 300g fresh milk, 70g soft sugar, 40g granulated sugar, honey

2. Sift the low-gluten flour

3. Separate egg white and yolk

4. Add 50 grams of soft sugar to the egg yolk and stir

5. Pour in the milk and butter, beat it in the microwave until it is liquid, and then pour it in. Stir well. The butter tends to coagulate when it is cold. After stirring, I put it in hot water.

6. Pour in the sifted low flour to make a batter for later use~

7. Add 20 grams of soft sugar to the egg white and beat with a whisk until lines appear.

8. Add 40 grams of sugar and 2 spoons of honey and beat until hard foam forms.

9. Add the beaten egg whites to the batter in 3 batches. It will be very fragrant now.

10. Preheat the pan with oil for 1-2 minutes. Apply a little more oil and make sure to apply it to every spot.

11. Cover with batter~

12. After about 2 minutes, you can check when steam comes out of the pot. Everyone has different tastes. If you like it softer, it will be done as long as the pancake can easily come out of the mold.

13. I made 14 10.5cm honey waffles in 11cm molds. I made some extra to give to my friends.

14. It's done. It's delicious when eaten hot. I also whipped some whipped cream and put it in the refrigerator overnight. It feels a bit like ice cream when I take it out and eat it. It's delicious ^0^~
