8. Fry again in medium-high heat oil, then drain the oil and serve in a bowl

9. Pour the sauce and 1 bowl of water into the wok and cook over low heat until boiling.

10. Pour in the fried ribs and stir fry evenly so that the sauce is evenly coated on the ribs

11. Add onion, red and yellow pepper slices and stir-fry for a while.
