Pork Ribs Stewed with Tremella

Tremella is a food that can nourish yin and moisten dryness, and it is also a food that many people like to eat. Spare ribs are a common dish that people eat in daily life, and the nutritional value of this food is relatively high. Of course, many people also use Tremella to stew pork ribs. Of course, you can also add some other ingredients when making Tremella stewed with pork ribs. Here are three ways to cook Tremella stewed with pork ribs!

1. Pork ribs stewed with king flower and white fungus

Ingredients required: 50 grams of king flower, 20 grams of white fungus, 200 grams of spare ribs, 10 red dates, 20 wolfberries, 10 grams of salt, 6 grams of chicken powder, 10 grams of white pepper powder, 5 grams of sesame oil, 10 grams of ginger and green onion, and 10 grams of cooking oil.

Preparation method:

1. Wash the ribs and cut them into pieces. Soak the radish and white fungus in boiling water for 1 hour, tear them apart with your hands, and wash the red dates and wolfberries.

2. Put a large amount of oil in a wok and stir-fry the ribs to remove the blood. Add clean water and bring to a boil to create foam. Add in the king flower, white fungus, red dates, wolfberry, ginger and scallion juice, and white pepper. Simmer on low heat for 150 minutes. Add salt, chicken powder, and sesame oil and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Pour the stewed soup into a large round dish with a diameter of 40 cm. Take 3 small waist dishes with a length of 10 cm and place them next to the soup bowl. Put 3 flowers of different kinds in each small waist bowl.

2. Tremella and Chinese Yam Pork Ribs Soup

3 taels of spare ribs, 15 grams of white fungus, and 20 grams of yam. Wash the spareribs and yam, and soak the white fungus in water. Put the spareribs, white fungus and yam in a pot, add appropriate amount of water, cook over high heat for 10 minutes, then change to medium heat and cook for another 30 minutes, then add salt to taste. It has the effect of strengthening the stomach and replenishing qi, and is suitable for people with chronic gastritis who have poor appetite and fatigue.

3. Snow Pear Tremella Pork Ribs Soup

Ingredients: Snow pear, Tremella, lotus seeds, lily, almonds, ginseng, polygonatum, spareribs

1. Soak the Tremella in advance for more than two hours, change the water several times, remove the stems and clean them. Wash the lotus seeds, lilies, and apricots, then soak them in a little water for two hours. (Don’t pour out the water when boiling, just put it in the pot and cook it)

2. After blanching the ribs, add all the ingredients except the pears. Add enough water and boil for two hours. Then add the pears and boil until soft. Season to taste.
