How to make gold medal tofu

1. Prepare ingredients such as tofu, pumpkin, broccoli, etc.

2.1 Slice the pumpkin and steam it in a steamer until soft.

3.2 Take 4 salted egg yolks and set aside.

10. Pour out the water in the dish after steaming the tofu and place the fried broccoli in the middle of the dish.

11. Take out the pumpkin after it is steamed.

12. Heat the pan, add the salted egg yolks and stir-fry until fragrant.

13. Add the steamed pumpkin to the salted egg yolks and press with a spoon until completely melted.

14.Cook the salted egg yolk and pumpkin until fully blended

15. Take out the cooked pumpkin and squeeze out the pumpkin juice through a strainer.

16. Pour the pumpkin juice into the pot, thicken it with water starch, and pour it on the tofu.
