How to make steamed spareribs with enoki mushrooms

1. Prepare the materials.

6. Take a pressure cooker and pour 3 bowls of water into it. Put in the steaming rack, put the enoki mushrooms and spareribs into the steaming rack, cover the pressure cooker lid, turn on high heat, turn to low heat and steam for 18 minutes.

7. After 18 minutes, turn off the heat. After the steam comes out of the pot, open the lid and the steamed spareribs with enoki mushrooms are done!

8. Before serving, mix the enoki mushrooms and spareribs with chopsticks, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and you can start eating!
