Taiwanese three cup chicken wings recipe

1. 4.1 Put salad oil, 2 tablespoons sesame oil and Sichuan peppercorns in a pan again, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant, add scallion, ginger slices and 5-6 basil leaves, and sauté until fragrant;

5.2 Put it in a pot and fry it over medium heat until it is dry;

6. Pour in the chicken wings and mix well;

7. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt and 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, sprinkle appropriate amount of pepper and sugar, pour in about 1/4 cup of rice wine, stir fry evenly;

8. Finally, add 5-6 basil leaves, turn it over a few times, put it on a plate, sprinkle chopped green onions on the surface, and then add a basil leaf as decoration (this step can be omitted).
