11. Place the middle section of the cotton thread under the middle of the rice dumpling, and wrap the cotton thread back from the outer end of the rice dumpling to the middle.

14.Cook rice dumplings. Set the time according to the size of the rice dumplings. When cooking rice dumplings, turn them over once and put the top ones at the bottom.

15. You can take one and check if there are whole grains of rice in the middle of the rice dumpling, which will make it softer and crispier.

16. Use cotton thread to cut into circles and sprinkle some white sugar or honey on them.
