Wash two pumpkins and grate them into thin strips using a grater. 2. Add a little salt and marinate for a while. 3. Squeeze the water out of the pumpkin and put it into a large bowl for later use. 4. Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli (or rice noodles), cook until done and drain. 5. Chop the vermicelli into small pieces.

2. Pumpkin and Pork Dumplings

Ingredients: pork, pumpkin, oil, salt

Use a blender or manually to mince the pork belly, grate the pumpkin, filter out the water, chop the green onion and ginger, and mix with salt, MSG, a little sesame oil and pepper for later use. 2. Mix the flour and water in proportion and roll into the skin. 3. Mix the prepared chopped green onion, chopped ginger, processed meat and pumpkin together and mix well. 4. Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, light soy sauce, and bun and dumpling ingredients and mix well to make the filling. Then prepare the dumpling wrappers and wrap them. 5. After wrapping them all, put the dumplings into the pot and cook them. After boiling, add cold water and repeat three times until cooked. 6. Take out the dumplings and sprinkle with appropriate amount of chopped green onions.
