How to make red bean grass jelly

1. Wash the red beans, soak them in water for 2 hours, then rinse and drain;

2.12 Bring the spring water to a boil, pour in the soaked red beans, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat (about 1 hour) until the red beans are cooked; (If there is no spring water, it is recommended to use bottled mineral water, which tastes better than tap water)

4. Add starch and spring water to the red beans and mix well (make sure to mix well without any starch particles)

5. Mix the red bean starch paste

6. Wash the fairy grass and drain the water

7. Boil the herb juice for about 15 minutes (to save time, you can cook it at the same time as the red beans)

8. After the grass jelly soup is cooked, take out the soup and remove the residue to see if it is beautiful (note that the color is not very dark, so the grass jelly made later will not be black). You can add some sugar to this soup and it tastes very good when it is chilled.

9. Pour the grass jelly soup in the above steps into a cooking pot, bring to a boil, turn to low heat, and then add the red bean starch paste that has just been prepared, pour slowly, stirring while pouring, it will become a paste in a short while, then simmer on low heat for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Allow to cool before serving.
