How to make marinated pork liver

5. Cook over medium-low heat until the liver is cooked in about an hour. If you are not in a hurry to eat, let the ingredients soak in the soup for a while longer. If you are in a hurry to eat, you can put more salt in the marinade, which will make it more delicious.

6. Slice and serve. People in some places like to add some seasonings when eating, but we like to mix it dry, that is, mix the ingredients evenly with pepper powder, chili powder, salt and MSG.
