Overlap one pleat and pleat while lifting and pleating, and slowly close the mouth, and a bun is wrapped 5. After wrapping, let it wake up for a while, about 15 minutes 6. The water must be boiled before you can steam it in the steamer. Vegetarian buns need 15 minutes and meat fillings need about 20 minutes
