1.1. Buy D, which is dried Japanese cherry blossoms, use it to soak in boiling water and set aside for later use.

2.13. Because this is my first attempt, I made many shapes. This one is added with blueberry jam, and it tastes very good.

3.22. This time I did not use jelly powder or fish glue, but konjac powder. Use a small spoon of milk powder to scoop a spoon of konjac powder, add 1000 grams of cold water and sugar and mix well. The sweetness depends on personal preference. Put it in a cooking pot, bring to a boil, and then cook for 3 minutes. Put it into the mold to shape. I forgot to take a picture of this process.

4.4. This is made with milk, it tastes sour and sweet, quite good.
