Ingredients: 1 turkey, 1 cup of steamed glutinous rice, 2 sausages, 8 diced mushrooms (soaked and diced), 2 tablespoons of dried shrimp (soaked), 3 cloves of garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of chopped green onions, 1/2 stalk of celery, and 1 onion. Seasoning: 3 tablespoons of wine, 2 teaspoons of salt, a little pepper, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of water, a little cream. Cooking method: Defrost, wash and dry the turkey, then marinate it with soy sauce, sugar and water. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic. Add dried shrimp, mushrooms and sausages. Stir-fry glutinous rice, chopped green onions, wine, salt and pepper and mix well as the filling. Stuff the stuffing into the turkey breast and seal the incision with a pin. Grease the turkey with butter and place in the oven. When stuffing your turkey, be sure to wait until the turkey is ready to go into the oven before stuffing the stuffing into the turkey. Chop the celery into sections and the onion into thick strips and place them under the turkey. The roasting time will depend on the size of the turkey.

Ingredients: 500 grams of turkey leg, 2 grams of pepper powder, 6 grams of fine salt, 2 grams of vinegar, 2 grams of chopped green onion, 1 gram of MSG, 5 grams of soy sauce, 2 grams of mashed garlic, 10 grams of chili oil, 3 grams of sugar, and 10 grams of sesame oil. Method: Cook the leg meat, cut it into 1-1.5 cm wide cubes horizontally, and then tear the meat into 2 strips along the strips. Mix salt, chopped green onion, soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, pepper powder, vinegar, MSG, mashed garlic and sugar into the shredded chicken.
