How to make stuffed taro

The method of making stuffed taro is not complicated, which can bring convenience to those female friends who are busy with work and take care of their families.

1. Wash and chop the pork, add salt, cooking wine, sugar, MSG, cornstarch, and salted duck egg white, mix well and set aside

2. Peel and wash the taro

3. Cut into small pieces, as shown in the picture

4. Take a plate and place the taro pieces as shown in the picture.

5. Put the marinated minced meat between the taro pieces, filling them as much as possible (as shown in the picture)

6. Place the salted egg yolk in the middle

7. Add water to the steamer, put the whole plate in, and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.

8. This is the steamed taro filling

9. Take an empty bowl, pour a spoonful of cornstarch into it, add water and stir well for later use

10. Heat the pan and add oil. When the oil is 70% hot, add the chopped red pepper.

11. Saute the red pepper until fragrant

12. Pour in the starch water prepared earlier and bring to a boil over high heat.

13. Cook until transparent, pour the sauce on the steamed taro, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.

14. Post a beautiful picture
