Ingredients: 600g pork ribs 600g dough

Accessories: 200g cabbage, 50g fungus, 50g vermicelli

Seasoning: 25 ml dark soy sauce, 15 ml cooking wine, 40 g yellow bean paste, 25 ml peanut oil, 30 g green onion, 15 g ginger, 5 g salt, 2 g pepper, 3 g MSG

2. Production steps

1. Take the ribs out of the refrigerator and let them thaw naturally.

2. Boil in superheated water for 5 minutes.

3. Take out the blanched ribs.

4. Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce and yellow paste and mix well.

5. Add minced ginger and mix well, then marinate for 60 minutes.

6. Wash the cabbage and chop it.

7. Soak the fungus, wash it and chop it into small pieces.

8. Soak the vermicelli in hot water in advance, chop it into pieces and mix it with fungus and cabbage, then add peanut oil and mix well.

9. Pour into the marinated ribs and mix well.

10. Add chopped green onion.

11. Add salt, pepper and MSG and mix well.

12. Add yeast to the flour and knead into dough, add sugar and cook for 10 minutes.

13. Knead evenly and roll into long strips.

14. Cut into even-sized pieces.

15. Flatten the dough.

16. Roll the dough into an oval shape.

17. Wrap the pork ribs with stuffing and add sugar for 10 minutes, then put into a pot and boil over high heat. Steam for 40 minutes and simmer for 3 minutes before serving.

18. Let it cool a little before enjoying.

3. Production skills

After washing the ribs, put them into the pot and blanch them for 5 to 10 minutes to make the ribs cooked through.

Let it cool slightly, then add cooking wine, dark soy sauce and yellow paste. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Marinate overnight for extra flavor.
