Does milk tea really work?

For many mothers, after enduring the pain of giving birth, they have to face the pain of lactation. I tried diet therapy and massage, but my milk supply was still not enough. When a new product, milk-inducing tea, appeared on the market, many mothers had this question: Is milk-inducing tea really effective? In fact, milk tea is still effective for some mothers. It is a functional product and mainly plays the following roles.

1. By stimulating and coordinating the flow of fluid in breast tissue, it effectively promotes milk production and helps breast ducts to flow smoothly.

2. Promote normal gastrointestinal function of mother and baby, help digestion, and eliminate abdominal bloating of mother and baby.

3. Improve the nutrition of milk. It is rich in vitamin C, which can enhance the immunity of mother and baby and fully replenish the water needed by the body of breastfeeding mother.

If you want to increase lactation, the safer and more effective methods are diet therapy and massage. The more effective methods of inducing lactation are:

1. Diet therapy: New mothers should maintain the good habit of drinking milk every day and eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Pig's trotters and fish soup are both ingredients that promote lactation, but if you eat pig's trotters and fish soup every day, although they are very beneficial for breastfeeding, you should also pay attention to balanced nutrition.

2. Massage: Experience shows that breast massage is a very effective way to increase milk production, including circular massage, spiral massage and acupressure massage.

(1) Circular massage: Place your hands on the upper and lower parts of the breast and massage the entire breast in a circular direction.

(2) Spiral massage: Hold the breast with one hand, and use the index and middle fingers of the other hand to massage in a spiral shape towards the nipple.

(3) Acupressure massage: Place your hands on both sides of the breasts and squeeze from the breasts to the nipples.

3. Baby sucking the nipple: The less milk the mother has, the more times the baby should suck; because the baby's sucking force is stronger, you can use the baby's mouth to massage the areola. The more you feed, the more milk you produce.

4. Happy spirit: Mental excitement and happiness will increase the level of prolactin in the body, thereby increasing milk production as quickly as possible.
